"To the Struggle Against World Terrorism"
or ( "Tear Drop Memorial"). it is located at the northeast corner of Bayonne Peninsula in New Jersey and was dedicated on September 11th, 2006, to all those who died during the 9-11 attacks on the United States by cowards.

The monument was the work of Russian artist Zurab Tsereteli and a gift from Russia.
