Elizabeth Taylor dead at 79

Elizabeth Taylor died yesterday at the age of 79.
I am not one of those that is interested in all those gossip rags and shows like Entertainment tonight.I do not care what problems they have, what bad kids they may have,or how big their mansion may be.
But I always have respected and admired Elizabeth Taylor. She was a great actress and starred in some of the greatest films of all time.
These are some photos of a young Taylor.I do not know her age at the time they were taken, but what a beautiful girl.

Yankees owner George Steinbrenner dies at 80

George Steinbrenner died yesterday of a heart attack.
Longtime owner of the New York Yankees,Steinbrenner was a colorful  and controversial owner.

Just one of his acts was to hire and fire his manager Billy Martin 5 times.
Love or hate the Yankees, you had to love George.
Baseball will miss him.

Farah and Michael

I was sad to learn of the deaths of both Michael Jackson and Farah Faucet this week.
Farah Faucet was not the greatest actress ever to live, but she was easy on the eyes. She was the reason that I watched "Charlies Angels".
At the height of her fame, almost every girl was trying to copy that sexy hair and smile.

I was never a fan of Michael Jackson,I thought his music and lyrics were there just for his dancing.
I have to give him credit for being extremely talented in dance and theatre.
I will also admit here that I am a fan of his "Thriller" album. I may even go purchase a copy if the stores can keep them in stock long enough.
One last thought, what was it with his nose?
