Women sells evidence of husbands affair
I found this news article on a site called "Rollerderby".
Just one of those storys that remind you that women can be funny.
Woman Sells Evidence of Her Husband's Affair on Ebay
Posted by Hannah Tennant-Moore
Oh, revenge can be such fun--particularly for uninvolved spectators. An Australian woman returned home to find a pair of panties and an opened condom wrapper in her bed—the bed she had shared with her husband for 22 years. Wasting no time in declaring her discovery to all and sundry, she snapped a photo of the offending items and put it up for sale on Ebay, along with a description that left little to the imagination. Titling her piece “Empty Condom Packet and a Photo of the Tart’s Knickers,” the thoughtful woman did Ebay shoppers the favor of describing in detail this dramatic still life.
Of the panties, she writes, “They are so huge I thought they may make someone a nice shawl or, even better, something for Halloween perhaps.” Interestingly, the photograph juxtaposes the larger-than-life quality of the panties with the diminutive size of the condom wrapper, described by the artist as “size small.”
Next for sale on Ebay? Her husband’s Harley.

MST3000
I just got reacquainted with one of my favorite television shows of all time,Mystery Science Theatre 3000.
Bad movies and an audience of one guy and two robots that are lost in space and forced to watch bad, bad, bad movies. The movies are not the funniest thing about the show,it's the comments that the three of them make during the show.
You have to watch to understand.

Farah and Michael
I was sad to learn of the deaths of both Michael Jackson and Farah Faucet this week.
Farah Faucet was not the greatest actress ever to live, but she was easy on the eyes. She was the reason that I watched "Charlies Angels".
At the height of her fame, almost every girl was trying to copy that sexy hair and smile.
I was never a fan of Michael Jackson,I thought his music and lyrics were there just for his dancing.
I have to give him credit for being extremely talented in dance and theatre.
I will also admit here that I am a fan of his "Thriller" album. I may even go purchase a copy if the stores can keep them in stock long enough.
One last thought, what was it with his nose?

Making a belt
MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma (AP) — A 23-year-old woman who got a friend to kill her Jack Russell terrier was charged with skinning the puppy to make a belt out of its hide.
Krystal Lynn Lewis and Austin Michael Mullins, 26, were being held Friday in the Muskogee County jail on $25,000 bail each. They were charged with one felony count of cruelty to animals.
A Muskogee County judge ordered a mental competency hearing for Lewis.
Lewis wanted the puppy, named Poplin, killed because it was a gift from a female ex-lover with whom she doesn't get along, said Muskogee County sheriff's deputy George Roberson.
Roberson said Mullins shot the terrier 10 times with a .22-caliber pistol. Lewis skinned the animal at her apartment and nailed the hide to a board.

Pontiac, no more
Hello ,this is yet another post about the all American muscle car.
I like to cover various subjects in this blog rather then bore you with the same old, same old, but here is my second post in a row on the same subject.
Hey, maybe your bored anyway, sorry, I will make this short.
General Motors announced last week that they are dropping the Pontiac line.
I saw this coming a long time ago.
In business it is location,location,location.
In the car business,I like to think even with all the talk about m.p.g. and safety, the people still wanted style.
Pontiac has had the same look for 20 years now,the same basic grill design for 40 years.
The GTO in my opinion could and should have been the new generation
for Pontiac, but look at what they put out as a GTO in 2006.
Compare that to what Ford did with the Mustang, what Dodge has done to the Challenger and Charger, what Chevy has done with the Camaro.
Below is the concept GTO that Pontiac had considered for releasr in 2009.
Which of these two look like a GTO to you?
Location,Location,Location.
Pontiac refused to move,so they are dead.

Leona had some real roots in the entertainment business. , Her older brother Max became perhaps the world's first cowboy movie star, billed as "Bronco Billy" Anderson.
Leona studied singing.
Give this a listen.
Leona was born in 1885 and passed in 1973.

Junk Yard Jewels
I came across this site junkyardjewels.com while searching for some Hot Wheels cars.
At the site you can purchase one of a kind 1/18 scale die cast models that have been made to look like old cars from junkyards or salvage yards. The detail on these cars is amazing.
Here is a description from the site:
Surface rust, rust holes, rusty bumpers, filthy interiors full of junk parts, primer & rusty body panels galore, these once proud classics are in sad shape indeed. I like to describe classic cars & trucks like these as "beat but complete" and these replicas definitely need it all. In all honesty, most wouldn't even be a decent parts car. Most wouldn't even attempt to restore rust buckets like these, but you'll be proud to make a custom Junkyard Jewel the centerpiece of your die-cast collection.
After visiting this site, I wanted to try to do this myself.I have done a few junkyard scenes with 1/64th scale cars. They are no where near the detail of what you find at http://junkyardjewels.com/.

I want one of these
Firebirds and Camaros were my favorite cars in the 60's.Mopars were the monsters, pistol grip,4 speed shifters and horse power you could not hold back.
Too bad I never could afford to purchase on these beasts when I was growing up.
I had friends that drove these cars,Brads 440 GTX,Peters 67 Pontiac GTO,Bobs 1969 Road Runner.Nights riding around that I can remember like it was yesterday.
After growing up and getting married, I now may be able to own one of these cars of my dreams.
With the technology of the 21st century and the retro style of the 1960's,I want to put my foot to the floor, crank up the stereo and fly.
Here are a few pictures of Retro Muscle.
The Firebird has yet to be produced as far as I can tell.
What are they waiting for?

Plan Nine From Outer Space
Earlier I wrote about the movie "Killer Tomatoes",today I bring you the second movie that I recommend you see.'Plan 9 From Outer Space"
I just went to get my copy from my small collection, and it is missing.I know it was not stolen,I lend out movies all the time. Now I have to find out who has it.
I should learn from my brother in law, he has a record of everything he owns, records, lends out, buys or gives away.If he lends you a CD or movie, he can tell you,the date, the day of the week, and what you were wearing when you took the item.
But back to the movie.
Plan Nine was written and directed in 1959 by famed directer Edward D Wood of "Glen Or Glenda" fame.
The worst special effects and cheesy acting makes this movie in my opinion, the worst movie ever made.
Here is a clip of one of my favorite scenes.

Beatles Butcher Album and the Beatles rooftop concert
The Beatles,in my opinion the greatest
band ever,period.
The Butcher album cover for "Yesterday and Today" .
Some copies of this album are out there somwhere, would love to add one to my collection.
This is a picture of the album cover and you can read the story below of how it came about, taken from the site, "THE WORST ALBUM COVERS OF ALL TIME".
Visit the site:http://www.worstalbumcovers.org/page/That%27s+Disgusting%21
The Beatles Yesterday and Today, 1966,John, Paul, George, and Ringo were plenty pissed when Capitol Records slapped together this album of songs from previously released records. So in protest of the label's "butchering," they posed for the cover splashed with blood and holding doll parts. Retailers revolted, and a revised cover, featuring the Fab Four among innocuous luggage, was rushed onto shelves. About the only people who prefer the grisly butcher version are collectors, who covet the rare cover. -Shame this is just the "urban legend" reason for the picture. The picture was not a protest, but an art piece, and The Beatles had NOTHING to do with it's conception. But that doesn't make it any prettier.

I am a Hot Wheels Collector
I have been collecting Hot Wheels now for about 15 years.
I have no idea how many cars I have in my collection, but is has to be more then 3,000.
Unlike most collectors, I take the car out of the packaging unless it is a hard to find car or what is called a variation. If I really like a particular one, I will buy two, one to open and display, and one to keep on it's original card.
My favorite castings are Muscle cars,Corvettes,Camaros, Mustangs,Mopars and old Hot Rods.
The detail on most of these cars have improved much over the years.
Check them out, you might get hooked on collecting too.

Killer Tomatoes ,the movie
One of the things I intend to cover in this blog is my passion for bad movies.
Every once in a while I will bring you the tittle of a movie that I consider a must see.
My first film is a film that is well known and one you may have heard of.
The movie is "Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes", a PG rated movie from 1980.
This movie is about tomatoes that turn into killers attacking everyone in town.
If you like things that make your friends think your a little strange, you should enjoy this movie.
If you enjoy it, you may want to see "Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes Part 2,This Time Their Really Stewed".

Cars found in barns, yards and in the woods
I have always had a love for old cars.Ever since I was a kid, whenever I spotted an old car I would try to imagine what it had been through and who had driven it and road in it.Junked and rusted cars were my favorite and still are today.
I remember exploring the woods close to my home with friends and we would sometimes come across abandoned cars in the middle of the woods. It seems we had discovered a popular place to dump junked cars.My friends and I would play on an around these cars for hours.I even had a collection of hub caps covering one wall in my bedroom.I wish I had kept them.
Here are a few pictures of cars that I found at various web sites, including a link to one of my favorite web sites on the subject.
I even made a scale model of a group of rusted out junks using some Hot Wheels cars. I am a collector of Hot Wheels. That will be a future post.
